We are a 7 minute stroll to the family-friendly beach that features several playgrounds along the foreshore, and to the main shopping precinct of Semaphore road which is renowned for its cafes, coffee shops, and boutique shopping. There are also a number of bakeries, pubs, a public library, a cinema, two supermarkets, numerous food take-outs, and also doctors, physios, and vets. Along the beach is a 15 mile-long walking and cycling path, and the sunsets are lovely. Our house is a 5 minute walk to the train station, and there is a 20 minute express to central station, and then just 10 minute walk to the University of Adelaide and UniSA.

South Australia itself is renowned for its wine. Our house is about 1 hour drive from the world-famous Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek wine districts.
