We designed and custom built our desert oasis home on the historical Indian Palms Golf Course. (One of 140 golf courses in the beautiful Coachella Valley.) From our back porch overlooking the golf course, we enjoy watching our neighbors tee off while sitting on our back porch listening to music.

Our master bedroom has its own back porch and bathroom. Each of the other two bedrooms also have their own bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen makes preparing meals a joy.

Our property has citrus trees, grape vines and sweet smelling jasmine as you enter the front door.

We have 350 days of sunshine per year and our winter temperatures (Dec., Jan. Feb.) are most often in the high 60's and mid 70's. Our country club has a large, heated swimming pool, workout room, and lighted tennis courts for your use. The Indian Palms Country Club is a gated community.

Close by is the amazing free Indio Senior Community Center with workout center; 40% of the membership are Baby Boomers. (Be sure and by and tell them Michael Moreland sent you.)

Winter skiing or surfing in the Pacific Ocean is only 2.25 hrs away.
