We live in a architect-designed converted coach house in Brighton. The property is 10 minutes walk from the town centre & seafront. Our area, Seven Dials, has many cafes, independent shops, pubs, restaurants & parks.
The house is detached with a large garden & off-street parking, with a tree house and kids play area including rope swings. Inside, there is a cosy lounge with log burner & a separate study area. The kitchen is 7mx5m with a further TV/lounge area and tri-fold doors leading onto a south-facing garden.
There are 2 double bedrooms downstairs (one with doors onto the garden) & a shower room. Upstairs, there are 2 kids rooms & a family bathroom.
We have two cats who need feeding daily but are very independent.
