Lovely 2 Bed home in Nashville, USA

Ours is a simple 1920s home in Hillsboro West-End, a historic part of Nashville, walking distance from Vanderbilt University and Hillsboro Village.

The city, long known for its music, is currently undergoing a major revival, with tourists coming from all over the world to see not only musicians but surrounding areas (lakes, forests, Smokey Mountains, etc..).

In addition to two bedrooms (one with a king size bed, the other with two twin children's beds), there is a futon in the second story room (used also as a playroom and office). There is also a living room, a formal dining room, and an informal dining room. The backyard has a car-port and a large garden, though not fenced in.
