A light and spacious Edwardian semi-detached family home on a lovely tree-lined street. Brighton is a lively seaside town on the edge of the beautiful South Downs National Park with its excellent walks, pretty villages and country pubs; it is also less than an hour away from London. Our house is spacious and comfortable, perfectly set up for a family; it has a large open-plan sitting room and sunny kitchen/dining room leading onto a sun terrace and pretty little garden with trampoline. Nearby there are shops, cafes, playgrounds and lovely parks as well as excellent public transport facilities into town. It is just 20 mins walk into the town centre with its many cafes, bars, museums, shops and the beach.
