Lovely 3 Bed home in Byron Bay, Australia

We live in one of the most beautiful areas in Australia, at its easternmost point, with pristine, white sandy surf beaches and surrounding subtropical countryside making it a great place to holiday. Only 1 hour from Queensland's Gold Coast and its theme parks and 2 hours from Brisbane if you want a big city experience.

There are queen beds in 2 bedrooms and the 3rd is set up as an office with a pull out sofabed so it is best suited for 4 or 5 people. There is a large, partially covered patio at the rear overlooking the small tropical garden and a smaller one at the front which is enclosed by a hedge of magnolia trees and is an ideal place to catch the winter sun. 2 adult bicycles are available and we are open to discussing a vehicle swap.

Internet can be available but I will probably travel with my laptop. LCD TV and home theatre system. One bathroom & separate toilet. Washer, dryer and dishwasher. BBQ
