Inside, the home is tastily furnished and contains a large living and dining area, spacious kitchen and eating are as well as 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Just outside the front courtyard lies a cozy stand alone "casita" containing a kingsize bed and a 3rd bathroom.
The exchange also includes the use of a custom golfcart to use around the complex.
