Lovely 1 Bed home in Ubley, England

This an old farmhouse set in a 40 acres of wild fields and woodland at the foot of the Mendips - an area of outstanding beauty. We are between two lakes and have a wide array of birds, deer, hare and badgers in our garden. There are plenty of places of children to roam, build huts and climb trees. Bristol and Bath are a half an hour drive away and Wells is 20 minutes. There are very good pubs for food nearby and several farm shops. The house itself is very light and comfortable but worn around the edges - it was recently re-painted but last done up properly in the 70's. However, we have all the mod-cons (though slow internet connection) and if you're not looking for designer furniture, you could have a lovely holiday here.
