Comfortable house in suny Southern France

Comfortable house in a typical Mediterranean town of 8,000 people. Very pleasant surroundings, quiet, lots to do. 8km North of the city of Montpellier.
The house has 1 bedroom and a bathroom downstairs, then 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and a play room with a sofabed.
Terrace facing south with table, chairs, BBQ, perfect for lunch or dinner outside. A second terrace at the back facing north cooler when the weather is hot.
Family with younger children is welcome as we have games and toys, TV and playstation.

About the location

You will appreciate staying in a quiet area and be close to the centre of town (5mn walk) and the city of Montpellier (10 mn) for entertainment. We are located in the heart of the beautiful region of Pic Saint Loup.

Canoeing and swimming on the Herault River (15 mn drive). Mediterranean Sea (30 mn drive), lots of beaches and many seaside ports and restaurants.

There are many other activities in the Montpellier area: Festivals, museums, the medieval village of Saint Guilhem le Desert, caves (Clamouse, Demoiselles), the city of NImes with its Roman arena and baths, the historical town of Anduze with its poteries, and much more. You will be close to the Cevennes region (mountain and many swimming spots in its rivers).

Spain is 1 1/2 hours drive (Barcelona, 3 hours). French Riviera is 2 hours drive and Italy 5 hours.
