Cornish renovated barn

We have a renovated old barn in Cornwall, which is now used by friends and family for holidays. We are located in 3 acres of woodland (an old vineyard) and there is a stream to explore. There are views across the valley to farmland.

The house is all on one level and has the following accommodation:

- Large Master bedroom with super kingsize bed

- Twin room 2 single beds

- Smaller double room with divan bed

- Twin room but with a single bed and pull out matrass

- Bathroom 1 with shower

- Bathroom 2 with bath

- Large open-plan living area and kitchen with wood-burner and plenty of logs in the woodstore.

- Electric central heating also available.

- Sunroom/play room with table football and futon bed.

- Fully equipped kitchen

- Internet, TV, DVD player and printer are all available.

Outside there is a patio and grassy area plus a hot tub and trampoline. The location is very secluded and peaceful but we are just 2km from the town of Liskeard with a good range of local shops, and a large supermarket and sports centre with swimming pool.

To the north lies Bodmin Moor (10 mins drive) and Siblyback lake for sailing and to the south lies the coast at Looe (7miles/11km) with a range of good restaurants. The Cathedral City of Truro is 30miles/55km to the west and Plymouth 21miles/33km to the east. It takes 45 minutes to drive to the North Coast for surfing but there are lots of good sandy beaches and walks on the south coast that are nearer. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 30 minutes drive.
