Our house is in Herne Hill/Brixton, we live across the road from the beautiful Brockwell Park (great cafes, open-air pool). It is a terraced house, with two living rooms, a modern eat-in kitchen, bathroom and 4 bedrooms (3 double, 1 single); there is a small decked garden with a kid's trampoline, garden furniture and a bbq.

We are a 5 min walk to Herne Hill overground station (zone 2, 10 mins to central London), 5 min bus ride from Brixton tube station (Zone 2; 6 stops/11 min to Oxford Circus) and close to a number of bus routes that go directly to Trafalgar Sq, Westminster, Oxford Circus, Covent Garden, British Museum and many other attractions. (London underground has 6 zones, we are in Zone 2). We have free street parking and can offer our (old!) car in exchange too.

This area is a great mix of parks and outdoor spaces and close proximity to cinemas, bars, restaurants, shopping and the wonderful Brixton market.
