Close to beaches
This flat is located in Valencia city very close to the beaches of Malvarrosa and La Patacona (500 metres away). It is on the fourth floor so it is very bright. Here the light is different. Our great painter Sorolla portrayed it very well. The flat has three bedrooms. Two of them have a 1,05 m wide bed and the other one a 1,50 m wide bed. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is very handy and comfortable. It is fully equipped although it is our second residence. The living room leads to two of the bedrooms which overlook a beautiful park.
