Lovely 4 Bed home in Mont-Pelerin, Switzerland

We live in a pretty detached chalet in an elevated position at 800m with beautiful panoramic views over Lake Geneva(Lac Leman)and the Swiss and French Alps. It is almost always sunny during the summer and very warm. Snow in winter, but not unmanageable. Beautiful Springs and Autumns too! We have a balcony and large gardens and plenty of parking. We renovated the chalet to our English tastes 2 years ago. The kitchen is very well equipped. 2 bathrooms (1 is ensuite). There is a 5th bunk/music room which can accommodate an extra 2 people if necessary. The public transport system is excellent, the nearest funicular station is 600metres away. There is a shop&PO and lovely restaurant next to the station and Vevey with a wide range of shopping and restaurants and lakeside attractions (beaches, boats etc) is 12mins by train or car.

Montreux is also close with Chateau Chillon and the Jazz festival.
Countless mountain activities possible and tourist attractions in the area. Geneva airport 50 mins by car, 1.5hrs by train. We have a friendly rabbit who needs feeding, but this is not a condition of any swap, we could arrange for him to be fed by friends/neighbours if you prefer.
