Mediterranean Costa del Sol

The apartment has a living room, three double bedrooms (one of them with double bed and the others with two single beds each one) and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There's a 50 sq. m. terrace with fantastic views over the swimming-pool, and the Mediterranean sea. The terrace is furbished and we're sure you'll stay there most time.
The building has four floors (ground floor and three more), our apartment is on the first floor.
The apartament has a private garage. Swimmimg-pool is only opened in summer (half June, all days on July and August, and half September)

About the location

Surrounding area is a nice hill near the sea: it's 2,5 km from the beach. Beach is sandy and quiet. It's near the Añoreta's golf course with a nice non-members-opened bar and restaurant.
Rincón de la Victoria is an amazing sea village full of good restaurants specialized in Spanish food an local fish. Benagalbón is a very nice typical Andalusian mountain village very near (1,5 km from the apartment) with bares with tapas.
Málaga and its international airport is 15 minutes driving, Granada 90 minutes, and Seville and Cordoba 2 hours.
You'll need a car if you want enjoy the area.
