Lovely 4 Bed home in Aylesbury, England

Our house is based in the village of Fairford Leys on the outskirts of Aylesbury. It is a new development which is a very well kept area with a number of shops, restaurants and play parks in the immediate area. The development is mainly home to families, professionals and retirees and is generally a very friendly area.

Aylesbury has a great deal of surrounding countryside within easy reach as well as being in very easy reach to London, Oxford and royal Berkshire, both by car or public transport.

Our property has 4 bedrooms, 3 of these are our children's bedrooms, a main double bedroom with ensuite shower room. It also has a very large conservatory and a playroom.

As we have 3 children the house is obviously equipped with children in mind with access to tv's, games consoles, computers, and many indoor and outdoor toys.

We also have a second property in Puglia, Italy which will also be available for home exchange. This property is a Trulli style rustic home with many acres of land, including cherry trees, olive grove and many others.
