Lovely 3 Bed home in Nr Bude, England

*WE HAVE NOW SECURED AN EXCHANGE FOR 2013* Our house is a contemporary new build in the heart of the countryside, minutes from the sea, with views out to the Atlantic Ocean across rolling hills. 5 mins drive to Widemouth Bay where there are pubs and restaurants overlooking the beach or 10 mins drive to Bude.

Padstow and Rick Stein's restaurant is about a 40 mins drive, Tintagel and Boscastle are 20 mins away. There are some simply beautiful walks along the Cornish coast. We have taken a picnic and a bottle of Cornish cider on a walk and just enjoyed the views from the top of the cliffs. There are good surfing beaches nearby and a day isn't complete without a BBQ and a glass of Prosecco in the garden watching the Cornish sun set into the Atlantic.
