Our neighborhood is Elysian Valley. It is very close to Silver Lake and Echo Park and downtown Los Angeles. Our live/work loft is zoned for residential and commercial use. It is in a large old hanger with 20 ft high vaulted ceilings. Most of our neighbors in the building work either in film production or photography. Our apartment is a total of 1700 square feet, with 2/3 for the bottom floor studio. The studio may be easily opened to one large open space. There is gated access, private parking and ample alley space for large loading. There are biking paths along the LA river directly in back of the building, and the 600 acre Elysian Park (by Dodger Stadium) with hiking and jogging trails within a 2 minute drive.
