Lovely 3 Bed home in Napier, New Zealand

We love our spacious 15 year old home. It has a fabulous new chef's kitchen and offers a wonderful location for a relaxing carefree holiday. There is an outdoor entertaining area with a gas BBQ and a Weber charcoal BBQ.

Our rear garden backs onto a reserve which has the Hawkes Bay walkway/cycleway passing through just behind us - see www.hawkesbaynz.com.

Napier is a vibrant city and is known as the Art Deco Capital of the world with lots of local wineries, restaurants, beaches & outdoor attractions (www.tripadvisor.com things to do in Napier)

We also own a caravan and would be prepared to consider an exchange involving the use of this.
