Hello. We live in a beautiful Exeter based Grade II listed Georgian period property, which we have been renovating for the last 5 years. It has many original period features such has ornate coving, shutters and a sweeping curved staircase and also has all mod cons too.
The house is situated less than a mile from Exeter's histotic Quay, the museum, theatres and city centre shopping are also very close. We are near motorway links and on the doorstep of Dartmoor National Park. There are many local Devon beaches and all the wonderful attractions Devon and near by Cornwall have to offer. Exeter has the benefits of a small city but also access to vast countryside and coastal retreats.
