Lovely 3 Bed home in Brandiston, England

A beautifully restored barn conversion in a quiet rural Norfolk location on a non-working farm with good sized completely private south facing garden and extremely peaceful surroundings. We have two gardens with a large trampoline (with net), climbing frame, swing and slide which will keep kids happy at the house.
We have a rather shy cat called Kiwi (being an all black) who would need feeding.

The barn has easy access to the historic city of Norwich, world famous Norfolk Broads and to the stunning North Norfolk beaches. This part of Norfolk has many quality gastro pubs (a pub within walking distance) and our nearest town, the quaint historic market town of Reepham (3 miles).
There is so much to do in this tourist destination including Bewilderwood activity park, zoos and wildlife parks, art, music and beer festivals, many stately homes. One of which has a wildlife club for 6-14 year olds from 10am to 3pm, 2 days a week in the school holidays. This could give mum and dad some time to themselves.
We love living here and would love to share our home with house exchangers.
