Victorian flat with 2 double bedrooms located in Balham, which is in zone 3 in London. The flat has a lovely private veranda & garden.
Both bedrooms contain double beds and we have a cotbed & travel cot available as well, to accommodate a max. of 4 adults and 2 babies/toddlers.
Our neighbourhood Balham is very friendly and safe, with mostly young families and working professionals. It has nice restaurants & bars, and 2 big parks.
Balham has a underground station as well as overland train station, which takes you into central London in 16mins (train to London Victoria) or on the underground in 25mins (Oxford Circus for instance).
Our flat is a 5 minute walk from both stations (located next to each other).
