We are located withing 8 min walk to Lake Tahoe. We have a beach with two piers, children's playground, BBQs and other recreation facilities. We are 15 min. to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows Ski Areas.

We are 2 hours from Sacramento, Downtown has the Capitol, Crocker Art Museum,Sacramento History Museum, Old Sacramento, the Railroad Museum.
We are within 2-3 1/2 hours to San Francisco, the Wine Country of Napa and Sonoma, 6 hours to Yosemite National Park.
We also have a home in Sacramento, CA with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which is a new colonial home near downtown Sacramento.
