We are currently looking to set up three house swaps. The first one is for the May half-term. The second one is for the middle of August, ideally by the sea. The third one is for a few days in mid July, ideally in Bath, Bristol or Exeter.

This spacious 3 bedroom house is a 4 minute walk from South Woodford tube station. From here you can get to the heart of London in 25 minutes with Holborn, Oxford Street, St Paul's and the West End on a direct (Central) line tube. You can also go direct to Westfield Stratford in 10 mins! Go in the other direction and you are 10 minutes away from the vast Epping Forest with a range of woodlands, countryside walks and pretty villages.

There's a large living room with 50" TV, DVD recorder, cable and PlayStation 3. A master bedroom with luxury super king size bed and en suite/shower room. A 2nd double bedroom with full size running machine and a children's bedroom with adjustable cot/bed for 0-4 year olds. Also has large kitchen/dining room, 3 piece bathroom, garden/patio/furniture, big porch and private parking.

South Woodford has over 20 restaurants, a range of shops, cafes, bars, a nightclub, 3 supermarkets (inc. Waitrose and M&S) and a cinema all within short walking distance.
