Lovely 2 Bed home in Torrevieja, Spain

Our home is a typical Spanish home, similar to a bungalow but attached on one side to our Spanish neighbors. We have a day room at the front, which has a bed settee that sleeps 2. This lovely room winter or summer lets in the lovely Spanish sunshine which we have in abundance. There is a large lounge, an archway into the dining area and the kitchen/utility room. Off the lounge leads to the shower room, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. We also have wifi.

It is a very quiet area, with a large communal pool, play park and gardens. We have two terraces, one front and the other at the back a BBQ area and a roof terrace. We are surrounding by two large & beautiful natural Salt Lakes, which are an official Spanish nature reserve.

The local beaches are just a 7 minute drive away, also the harbor which has daily boat trips. It is ideally placed for shops, banks, car hire, public transport, waterparks, restaurants, horse riding, walking, fun fair, museums and sailing. Close to all amenities.

Easy access for sightseeing, Benidorm, Valencia, Cartegena, Elche, Murcia and only 5 hours drive to Madrid.

Torrevieja has an average of 330 days a year of sunshine. The World Health Organisation recommends Torrevieja as having one of the healthiest climates in the world. This is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures and the two huge salt lakes at the edge of town, rich in minerals.

The natural salt lakes dry the air, therefore reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere, especially to arthritis sufferers.
