The apartment is on Cabo Cervera urbanisation, part of La Mata, situated 4k north of Torrevieja. It has panoramic views to the North (La Mata and Santa Pola), East (out to sea) and South (Torrevieja and Mar Menor). It is the largest apartment in the block, with the best views and there is ample parking. It is comparatively cool in Summer due to the sea breezes. There is a rooftop solarium and external shower.

It is on a rocky section of coast, with rock pools, and access to a natural bay by a set of steps. Swimming, snorkeling and sea fishing take place. Cabo Cervera beach is 200 yards away, and usually remains open when other beaches are red flagged due to strong easterly winds. Miles of wonderful sandy beaches extend in both directions. Bars, restaurants and shops are close by and a there is a regular bus service to Torrevieja (pop 100,000) and La Mata (Pop 5,000). The apartment is next to a municipal park with petanca club, tennis and paddle courts and an open-air swimming pool for which a small charge is made. It is 45 minutes drive from historical cities of Cartagena, Murcia, Elche & Alicante.
