Lovely 3 Bed home in Laurel, USA

We are located in a quiet neighborhood right off 2 different major north/south routes that will take us into Baltimore's Inner Harbor in 20 minutes or the Washington DC metro in 20 minutes. We are also just 5 minutes south of Columbia, a planned community in which we do all of our shopping, most of our dining, and service related activities. We are walking distance (under a mile) to several restaurants and a school playground. We are also less than a mile from a public horse farm, but there is no sidewalk, so that route is not walkable. Riding lessons and camps are offered throughout the summer, and of course, you can just go to see/pet/feed the horses.

Other attractions within a 10 minute drive include multiple libraries, many different groceries and health food stores, ice rinks, roller skating rinks, movie theatres, live theatre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, large shopping mall, restaurants (dozens of ethnic food varieties), gymnastic studios, dance studios, recreational parks lakes, and many more attractions.

Our home has 5 bedrooms, but one is used as an office, and another is used for storage and has no bed. We have a large, flat, private, tree-lined backyard, and the house is full of large windows that allow a great deal of natural light in. We have toys in the house for your children to play with, and bikes and scooters for them to ride.
