Lovely 3 Bed home in Spearwood, Australia

Our house is large, comfortable, all mod cons, plus a piano, with a large studio in a quarter acre of lush gardens. It is in a beachside suburb, just south of Fremantle, less than a kilometre to swimming beaches, cycle paths, freeway access to the rest of Perth and the country 10 minutes away.
We have fast broadband, lots of books, bikes,
and a Toyota Hi Ace long wheel base van with most of the seats removed, so one can easily load bikes, camping gear, which is available.

Good food shopping including Italian, Asian, artisanal. Regular supermarkets, take-aways, library, medical services within walking distance.

We cycle to one of many swimming beaches each morning.
