It has a professional chef's kitchen, spacious living room, and large deck with sweeping hillside views and grill. The Master bedroom boasts a gas fireplace, steam shower, jacuzzi tub and private deck. A child's bedroom is equipped with a bunk-bed (sleeping 2) and a sleeping/play loft which can sleep a third. Two additional guest bedrooms can each sleep two persons. A media room has a projector and large screen for watching movies and a computer connected to the internet (high speed wireless internet available throughout the house).

The house sits on the edge of a large nature preserve containing many miles of hiking, jogging and mountain biking trails, a small animal farm for children, carousel, and lake. Two bus lines to the BART subway system (which goes to San Francisco) are a few minutes walk from the house and downtown Berkeley is only a few minutes away by car, bus or bicycle. Close to Berkeley Campus, Berkeley City Center, San Francisco Bay, San Francisco. 1 hour drive from wine country.
