Two Bedroom Condo minutes from Savannah & Tybee Island

Comfortable 2-bed, 2-bath condo in a gated community located halfway between historic downtown Savannah, Georgia and Tybee Island Beach. Condo complex offers resort style amenities including a pool and hot tub, fitness center, billiards room and business center. Our condo has 2 queen beds. The living room has a 50 inch tv with streaming services. Screened in porch is comfortable for sitting to enjoy the morning sun. The unit has both air conditioning & heating. Please note the condo is located on the second floor, up a single set of 17 steps. No elevator.

We have 2 cats that are low maintenance & would appreciate offers for pet care. They have an automatic feeder. We kindly ask that they have their water bowl topped up & litter box cleaned. They can be left for 2 - 3 days if you wish to travel.

We are also willing to consider a car exchange.
