The stunning Brecon Beacons National Park is a short drive away and there are lovely walks and hikes for all fitness levels, including by the Mon-Brecon canal and the river Usk. Ideal centre for a holiday exploring beautiful countryside, excellent cuisine, great pubs and the welcome of Wales. Three local mountains with wonderful views in easy reach -- the Blorenge, the Sugar Loaf and the Skirrid. Cities within an hour's drive include Bristol, Hereford and Cardiff.
