Cozy house un a nice village near the sea of barcelona. Small garden with barbecue. Located in a typical small village close to the beach (1km) and Barcelona (20Km). The village has all comodities, bars, restaurants and it's well connected by public transport. Wonderful surrondings. Nice walks arround.
T'he house is near the village center and has all you need to spend your time confortable. In the first floor there is a completely equipied kitchen (fridge, microwaves,owen,dishwasher,..), a small bathroom and a big dinning-living room (tv, dvd, Internet, computer, musicplayer,..). There is also a nice terrace with a barbacue and a tablé to enjoy summer meals outside and a small garden.
On the second floor there are two single bedrooms and a big bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. On the third floor there is a huge studio, a bathroom and a terrace with sea views.

About the location

Our village is a tipical catalán village, small and charming. There are several nice restaurants, bars and plenty of summer músic and theater festivals and activities on the area arround. Supermarket, fresh products market, pharmacy, other shops, public library, parks are within a short walk from our home.
Premia is only 1km from the beach and the train station. Several buses per day link our village to the train station where you can take one of the frequent trains to Barcelona or to the near villages on the coast.
