Looking for an exchange October half-term w/c 25 Oct 2014.
Lovely country character cottage in rural but not isolated location on the Blackdown Hills in Devon but just 2 miles from Somerset border. 30 mins to the beaches of Sidmouth/Seaton and easy access to lovely countryside with walks from the door.
The house is well equipped and cosy with a woodburning fire in the lounge, kitchen/diner with large farmhouse table and 4 bedrooms. Set in nearly 3 acres you can walk from the doorstep with a Community Shop and two Pubs within 2 miles.
Honiton the local Market Town is 6 miles and Taunton 13.
We have approx 10 chickens and 4 ducks which would need daily feeding/watering and cleaning during any exchange. We have a Springer Spaniel which we prefer to take on holiday with us.
