It has full oil fired central heating and it is suitable as a permanent or holiday home. It has a wrap around deck and we are surrounded by farmland. It can be restful to sit on the deck and enjoy watching the sheep or cows grazing in the fields around us.

The cottage has the benefit of being quietly located but within a few minutes walk of Buckroney Nature Reserve and over the sand dunes to the beach. We are close to the beach and great walks or cycles in the nearby Wicklow hills. The nearby ancient monastic sites of Glendalough are within a 20 minute drive. It is easily accessible from the N11 and within an hour of Dublin city centre.

There is a public bus service which stops close by which takes you directly into Dublin or a train service from Wicklow town to Dublin.
