Stunning huge artists loft in private gated community with communal garden and private terrace, divided into two apartments, each with 3 beds. Plenty of space to work, and also to discover Paris, easy public transport.

10 mins to centre and Museums etc. Huge woods and park nearby, also shopping mall 150 yards with huge supermarket. Bike rental, walks down the river.

Quiet and creative space. Mostly looking to exchange one floor, with an apartment in Venice or Santa Monica or nearby in LA, from Feb- April at some point. I can also rent the space, or rent one bed/bath at a time on a private guest basis. Or the whole house which will sleep 14 people... if necessary.
