Art Deco studio apartment - Miami Beach

Our two-story Art Deco apartment building is located in South Beach, 3 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks from a beautiful community park with tennis courts and swimming pool. The building was built by one of the principal architects of the Art Deco period (1930`s) in Miami.

The apartment is a studio, up one flight of stairs. It is bright, airy, and air conditioned. There are laundry facilities for the residents.

There is a fold-out couch next to the double bed, best suitable for a child.

There are great shops, restaurants and convenient public transportation within two blocks, including a stop for the express bus to and from the airport.
