Lovely 3 Bed home in Porirua, New Zealand
Spacious house, quiet cul-de-sac, seaviews, in leafy suburb.
Our 1970s home has four bedrooms (one is used as a study), two large living areas, two bathrooms and a connected garage. The kitchen living area has windows on three sides, and leads to a garden courtyard which we sometimes use for meals in the summer. Large (70sq m) dining room/lounge. For winter we have central heating and also a woodburner fire. There are gardens at the front and back of the house.
The house is on a hill with a park behind us.
Mild climate, rare frosts or over 25C. We are 30 km from the center of Wellington, with connecting buses and trains. Wellington is one of the most livable urban areas anywhere, scoring in the top 15 cities for living quality.
