Our lovely bright duplex flat has two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen /dining /living room and a large private roof terrace with views to the City. We have recently lovingly refurbished the whole flat including new kitchen and bathroom. It's in a listed modernist block of 12 flats and each room has huge sliding windows with views over the adjacent Nature Reserve. It is an early architectural project by Nicholas Grimshaw and Terry Farrell now internationally renowned architects.

Our flat is located in the trendy borough of Hackney in East London. It is close to the very popular church street in Stoke Newington where there are lots of independent shops! cafés! bars and restaurants.
