Lovely 3 Bed home in Balham, England

Our fresh and modern flat is a comfy respite from busy London. We are a five minute walk from an Underground and Overland Station - Balham - which can take you to destinations all over London in no time. Balham itself is a lovely, friendly area, with great restaurants, two commons and a farmer's market.

The flat is an upstairs maisonette, with an en-suite master bedroom, double bedroom, single bedroom and study with fold-out double couch, as well as a family bathroom. The new kitchen includes washer, dryer and dishwasher, so you can get on with enjoying London. For families, our - tiny - back garden has an eight-foot-wide trampoline for little folks who just need to bounce. We have a seven-seat Volvo possibly available for exchange, but a car in London is really unnecessary.
