The apartment is light, neat and clean, with high ceilings and double glazing. Sliding windows open to balconies at the front and rear but there is no sea view. It is four blocks from the sea.

Excellent local supermarkets, patisserie, boulangerie and fresh produce markets are nearby. The Old Town, with it's narrow streets, and delightful restaurants is a kaleidoscope of colour and interest. The Picasso museum, the Old Port and other historical sites are within easy walking distance.

Further afield, the rich history, art, drama and culture of Nice and Cannes is available. Monaco, Grasse, and the Alpes Maritimes are a short train or bus ride ride away. Christmas and New Year are celebrated with events and firework displays.
