Major parks and activities nearby and subway just a 7-minute walk. University of Toronto is a convenient 10-minute bus ride.

Our home is 2 1/2 storey with back yard, BBQ and third-floor deck with nice view. Hi-speed wireless internet with digital TV. Neighbours are friendly and we are well established in the community.

Day trips are possible to Niagara Falls, Western New York. Montreal is 6 hours by train, Ottawa 4 hours.
