Lovely 4 Bed home in London, England

Telegraph Hill is a lively, child friendly community with two lovely parks (one for kids and one for dogs and tennis) at its heart. New Cross Gate is on the overground, and has excellent transport to central London as well as nearby Greenwich.

Our house is a traditional 3 storey victorian Terrace on a wide road with very little traffic (very near a primary school!). Great modern kitchen onto a good sized garden, and utilities tucked away in in the cellar. The ground floor has a large through sitting room with mini pool table, networked TV etc. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (1 double, 2 kids, and a small double spare) and a study overlooking the garden.
