Lovely 1 Bed home in Cannes, France

We live in a typical Mediterranean building in the heart of Cannes on the French Riviera. Our apartment has a spacious living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, one dining room inside a veranda that opens up to a private terrace. The latter are lit by late afternoon sunshine and provide soothing shade during our warm Summer days.

Shopping wise, everything is walking distance from our place: you will find several grocery stores down the road (we like to do our grocery shopping everyday, depending on what we feel like eating :-) while the provencal food market and the famous rue d'Antibes are only 5 minutes away. Walk another 5 and you are on the beach, walking down the famous Croisette.

Around Cannes? Plenty of places to visit: Cap d'Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Roman ruins in Frejus and Nice, The "Baie des Anges", the old village of Vence, the Maeght Foundation, Monte-Carlo and if you feel like it, the Italian border is only 40 minutes away by car. The best thing is: when visits get too hot in the Summer, you can always take a swimming break in the sea and come back totally refreshed!
