Light and airy 1930s home in Devon

An end-of-terrace house in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours.

We've four bedrooms - a king size and three singles. We've a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the second floor dormer.

Our living room overlooks our front garden. Our open plan kitchen/diner has two sofas and overlooks our enclosed back garden. There we have a trampoline, swings and garden table with chairs available.

About the location

Totnes Fore St is less than 10 minutes walk away. It's known for independent cafes, pubs and shops.

Things to do include circular boat trip on the Dart to Dartmouth and back on the open topped bus. You can hire canoes at Totnes Paddle, visit Totnes Rare Breeds Farm & South Devon (steam) Railway, and Dartington Trust gardens. We're a 30-45 minutes drive to beaches round the South Hams: Blackpool Sands, Thurlestone, Bantham, Bigbury; and 30 minutes to Dartmoor.

Our local supermarket is Morrisons (or 15 min drive to Sainsbury's, Asda), Happy Apple (open all hrs) and Green Life (wholefood). There's an indoor pool at Fusion leisure centre, and several children's playparks. Totnes train station to Exeter (and onto London) or Plymouth (onto Cornwall) is a 15 min walk away.
