Semi detached house in central area of Weymouth, Dorset

We are offering a 5 bedroom semi detached house in Weymouth. It has two bathrooms and an extra toilet. There is a king size bed in one room and in three other rooms single beds and in the last bedroom there is a double bed but it is a high sleeper.

The house is situated within easy reach of Weymouth seafront, harbour side and town. All within a 20 min walk. The beach is Weymouth's big attraction, the sea is lovely to swim in and very safe for all ages. There are plenty of tourist attractions including the sea life centre, Sand world, the Swannery, the sub tropical gardens and many more.

We have bikes you could borrow which would suit 2 adults and 2 teenagers also have one that would suit a 10 ish yr old.
We are looking for an exchange for this august 1 week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks
