A state of the art heat pump heats the house in winter and cools it in the summer. The weather in summer and early autumn is sunny and warm,tempered by cool ocean breezes which is a three minute drive. Whale watching, salmon fishing and sailing lure international visitors. Golf courses and wineries are at our doorstep. Neighbours respect privacy but are friendly and supportive.
