Lovely 3 Bed home in Madrid, Spain

Our flat can accommodate up to 6 people in sunny Madrid.

Good public transport is close to our home: it takes 10 minutes to get to the nearest underground station and 15 minutes to get to the train station (on foot). There is also a bus (three seconds from our building) that takes you to the underground and train stations. Distance from the train station to the centre of Madrid: 10 minutes (Atocha). Distance from the underground station to the centre of Madrid: 20 minutes.

Madrid is one of my favourite cities in Spain: you can visit many museums (El Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen, etc) and parks (El Retiro, El Capricho). It is close to Toledo, Alcalá, Segovia, Aranjuez, El Escorial, Ávila and some medieval towns such as Sigüenza. You can get to these towns by train.

Nightlife in Madrid is great, you can find exciting shows during the summer time in the open air. http://www.veranosdelavilla.com/index.php/

Our flat is very close to two supermarkets where you will find everything and you won't get tired doing the dishes since we have a dishwasher.

The underground works until 2.00 am, so you will be able to enjoy Madrid's nightlife and continue using public transport at night.

You can also use electric bicycles in the centre of Madrid. It's fun to ride these biclycles in parks and near the river. You can use our cards (2).

We would like to find a home exchange for next summer (August 2015).
