About the location

Sedbergh has good transport links - the M6 motorway is ten minutes away and the West Coast main line (London to Scotland) railway station is 15 minutes by car. There is excellent fell walking all around and sailing opportunities nearby. Manchester, its international airport and cultural and sporting venues are an hour and a half south along the M6 or by train from Oxenholme The Lake District.
