Victorian terrace house in quiet residential road. Close to the city centre with fantastic views over the city. Three double bedrooms two en-suite, plus a family bathroom. A large kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, a comfy living room ,large utility room, laundry and office. Conservatory/reading area, large terraced garden with two separate decking areas and child`s den.

The road is quiet with residents/ visitors parking available. A 10 minute walk ( includes one steep hill) and you are in town with all the shopping, restaurant, cultural and historic attractions. We are also a short walk from the city parks, canal and river. We have a cat and would like pet care if possible but not essential. No dogs i am afraid.

About the location

Bath is a world heritage site with both Roman Baths and Georgian buildings. A city surrounded by green hills and easy covered by foot. Many independent shops and restaurants , galleries theatres etc mean Bath has much to do for all city lovers. On the edge of the Cotswolds and the undiscovered beauty in Wiltshire it is also a great base for walkers and cyclists.
