Las Vegas
New home that completed November 2014. It is 2100 sqft, 3br, 3.5 bath with a large rooftop deck that has a nice city view. There is a private pool and small park with play areas and outdoor cooking facilities next to our house that is only for this comunity. Right now were just looking for friends and a potential swaps in late 2015 and further.
About the location
The home sits about 25 minutes from the airport and against the mountains in the northwest. Redrock canyon and Mount Charleston is close by and the strip or old vegas is about 20 minutes by car. Car rental in Las Vegas is cheap and recommended as we have a lot of great places to visit with in about 45 minutes drive time. Public transportation in Vegas is not great.
