a spacious Master Suite (with vaulted ceilings, electric fireplace and very large ensuite bathroom with an oversized jetted tub, double vanity and walk-in 3 headed shower room),

Harry Potter-themed secondary bedroom overlooking the waterfront (complete with a small electric fireplace & Legos for playing),

Relaxing beach-themed secondary bedroom with four poster bed and ceiling fan.

There is an additional bedroom that will likely be closed during the visit, as that will be where the children store their personal effects.

Outdoors, you will find a sprawling deck with wicker furniture and outdoor cooking and eating area. A hot tub for 6 people is on the lower level. Follow the walkway to a stone patio with a firepit and plenty of firewood for roasting marshmallows. Follow the path to the water and you will find the ULTIMATE kidshideaway: The Bunkhouse. The Bunkhouse is 192sf sleeps six, has a small kitchen area and games galore! This is where our children do all their entertaining and it is ideal for fun play.

For fun on the water, feel free to enjoy our canoe, paddleboard or even take the dock itself out for a spin with its outboard motor! Lifejackets are available for your use as well.

The neighborhood is full of friendly, welcoming families who will be happy to meet you and help with anything you might need, and make great recommendations for your entertainment.

Across the street (short walking distance) are many delicious restaurants, stores, grocers and tons of shopping. Only a short drive away, you can find the Atlantic Oceanfront, cinemas, Tree climbing & ziplining, surfing, a skateboard park, golf, museums, a waterpark, live theatre and all the fun you can imagine.
